Completely rescued by Kieran is all I can say… !!😊… after not having hot water or heating for almost two weeks… and such a poor service from a local company (via insurers) who left me stranded with no solutions for two weeks… turned up today with apparently the wrong parts… and then again and claimed I needed to wait another week for more parts… Kieran came and resolved the issue within half an hour… generously helped me sort out some radiator issues too so i now have a warm house and hot water… on the verge of a melt down…... read more

Really appreciated Kieran's rapid response, especially as it was just before Christmas and the house was empty and unoccupied. He also replaced just the faulty part of the valve, rather than replacing the whole lot, and checked at the end that all the programme settings and thermostat were properly set. Friendly, responsive and a good job. Recommended!

Kieran and Robert have been amazing with fixing our heating, which hasn’t worked properly for months - only some rads were coming on. It was a mess! We are grateful that we now have a warm house, so I would highly recommend them for their expert knowledge and perseverance for fixing the problem. Thank you so much for sorting it out, we will definitely use you again in the future!
