Very badly run, I’m not sure how the place survives! Tried this place for first time Botox and the first appointment was fine. When I booked again a few months later I received a call from Chloe just before the appointment to say that she’s only just seen the appointment in the diary and could I come an hour later. Although not particularly convenient for me as I was already in town, I agreed. The owner always parks her 4x4 on the near curb of Gould Street, obstructing the incoming traffic from Rochdale road. Why can't she afford to park her massive vehicle in the nearby car park that costs only £3 a day?? A total selfish driver.
I have been a customer at ifaces for over 5 years Chloe is amazing professional at all times, she goes above and beyond in term of fitting me in for appointment advising me on different treatments fully takes me thru my after care do’s and don’t! The saloon is absolutely stunning and to the highest standard as is everything there including all the staff, so thank you Chloe heres to many more years off keeping me looking young xx
Treatment booked weeks in advance and automatic reminders sent. Salon closed on arrival and nobody answering the phone despite being listed as open (online).
