rung this service and before i had even managed to speak the woman answering was rude and dismissive, could not even be bothered to give me 30 seconds of her time, and then made it clear that they had NOOOO interest in her clients at all when i commented on how profusely rude this was she then decided that calling back to mouth off was the best course of action, not the sort of person you want around vunerable children
