The agent's attention and patience during the renting process was very good given I had some difficulties providing what I needed to get approved and they were very helpful after moving in when we needed help to understand how things worked at the proeprty and came to check them out themselves, they even called the gas company to open an account for us because it was taking EDF so long to get it done. We're very happy with their service.
