I received an excellent service from Ideal Homes. Tean was amazing and it was reassuring to be dealing with a local estate agent that really knows the area. They had buyers lined up ready to view our property in no time. The presentation and photography was fantastic. I highly recommend Ideal Homes.

First encounter dealing with Ideal Homes Estate Agents in Torpoint. I’ve found that first interaction incredibly unprofessional. I made an offer on a property and was informed it might be a while before they contact me as the vender is difficult to liaise with. The next time I logged on to view the properties I’m interested in I see the house is sold STC. No contact was made to me with regard to accepting, declining or increasing my offer. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with this company in the future.
