Update Just received an email informing us they have gone into liquidation. Cannot believe that they have continued to take orders see other review knowing the situation they are in. I have started a facebook group for concerned customers, join it if you have been affected. Ideal Flooring cancelled our carpet installation on Tuesday, and prior to this were not returning our calls, since Tuesday have had no response to our calls, to either their Eastbourne Office or Haywards Heath Office. I would not recommend ideal flooring. We started the process of having some new flooring installed last month “August 12th” and I have paid them over £3k for material costs etc. we had a date booked in for the 8th of September to begin the work. We have since been met with absolutely NOTHING! I have left various voicemails, emails and even visited their showroom! Which was closed obviously. My wife went in today in person but the shop was closed but also met another customer who has been waiting since beginning of August and since then she has not been able to get an installtion date.

Used this company for Amtico flooring and carpeting in early 2022. We would never use them again. It took us several weeks of chasing to get a quote from them - we should have taken this as a warning sign. During the work we suffered damage to furniture and doors. This included glue being smeared on the back of our sofa - which we only discovered when moving furniture back - no admission or apology came from the fitter.
