Great service from Paul and colleagues. Very attentive and no heavy sales patter. Paul steered us away from any poor decisions and made suggestions on what might work better. The fitters were excellent and did and great job. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend to others.
Exceptional service from Paul and team! From the initial visit at the well presented showroom, to the home visit for measurements then fitting, truly 5* service. Paul did a brilliant job matching the perfect carpet for us from an existing sample, which has exceeded expectations and we couldn't be happier with it. Fitters were both exceptional and delivered a flawless finish in our 3 rooms, conveniently across 2 days to allow us to move items between them to minimise disruption. Outstanding service. Paul was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to my messages. Fitters, Graham and Ben were courteous and efficient. I am delighted with my new LVT flooring and carpet. It's refreshing to get such good, old fashioned service these days.
