Excellent customer service at Ideal Eyes. I am new to the area and my prescription glasses, purchased in the States, needed an adjustment. Several other shops in the area turned me away because I hadn’t purchased the frames from them. I appreciated their speedy service and will definitely return when I need a new pair of frames.
Ideal Eyes have been brilliant with our toddler’s glasses. Each time we’ve been in they’ve been so friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Phil, who helped us with something urgent at short notice. I recommend them highly.
After first buying poor-fitting frames, IE Summertown was able to set me up with a better option.
Ok u pay a little more but they look after u.ive been with them for many years they are highly professional, today my glasses were a little bent went in to see them and they put them right in 15mins with no charge that's why I stay with them thanks
We just visited to get my primary-school-aged son's eyes tested. The team were absolutely lovely. They centred my son in everything they did (as opposed to deferring to me!) and made him feel confident and part of the process. The exam was great: thorough, quick and friendly. Very much recommended.
