This is one of the worst credit unions! I have been on hold for 38! minutes and still cannot get thru to speak to an actual person. I don't know how this place gets such high reviews!

Normally this process is a nightmare and things are always messed up in the process. I want to share my experience with Dana Thompson, a contact center representative from ideal Credit Union in Wodbury. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me as i was working on some major transactions I had no previous experience with and she was patient, kind and very very helpful. There was no rush and just asked me serval times if I had any questions about our transactions. If possible i would give her 10 stars instead of 5.
