I stopped getting texts to my phone about account activity. Was put through to Dana through Ideal's IVR. Turns out most the phone carriers no longer have "email to text service". Dana wasn't even aware of what I was talking about (showing my age). My favorite part of how Dana handled my concern was that she recognized something she never heard of and said "I never heard of that" or "I don't about that". Music to my ears.
