Very happy with the experience. Brad and his team were very professional, detailed quotes with different options were provided, replied to email communications promptly and were always on time with appointments. The installation itself was done very neatly and efficiently as well, everyone involved was considerate and tidy while working.
Excellent service all round
Excellent experience with Ideal Climate from first contact through to install. We had an air conditioning unit fitted to the downstairs of our home. This is mainly open plan but a solution was found that was cost effective for us. The installation team were well presented, polite, tidy and respectful. I won't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I have reached out for a quote for our upstairs now. Thanks Ideal Climate! :)
From contacting Brad for a quotation to installation of the two AC units was an effortless experience. Brad visited site and walked me through the various options, and once I had decided on the option that suited me the installation was booked. Brad, George, and German arrived punctually and carried out the installation in two days never complaining about the difficult piping runs. On completion a full demonstration was given by George and the work areas were left spotless. I would highly recommend.
We are extremely happy with the installation of air conditioning. From initial communication to quote and final installation everywhere went like clockwork. Brad listened to what we wanted and provided excellent advice. A very professional and well organised company. Highly recommended.
