I have had the unfortunate situation buying a boat from this company . I’ve had a boat on the marina for 12 years and have had the worst experience with this company . A catalogue of disasters and lack of customer service by the owner . He has been aggressive and threatening and the most unprofessional manner I’ve ever had to experience.

I highly recommend Neville, Ryan and the team at Ideal Boat in Pwllheli. We bought a Saxdor 200 and are delighted with it and the service we have received. The whole customer journey has been excellent with nothing too much trouble for the team. After sales service has been equally excellent. I am sure we will be returning customers.
