Extremely good company. Excellent choice of products. Just had a new composite front door & patio doors from them & last year a new garage window & a replacement glass unit for a bathroom window that had started to fail. Very helpful, reliable, tidy, nothing too much trouble for them. Admin staff lovely (thankyou Mel) go above & beyond helpful .Fitters friendly & obliging even fitted our new chrome house number we had bought that matched the new front door fittings. We have just had 6 new windows, including, 4 replacement sash windows, supplied and fitted from I.D. and we are delighted with them. The sashes are a great match for the original Victorian windows and look great. We are looking forward to a cosier Winter next year! We absolutely love our new sash windows. Dave and Nigel were just lovely and did a fantastic job! I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable when I’m at home and there’s people working on the house, but they were so friendly and easygoing. Highly recommend!
Your colleagues Dave and Nathan fitted windows for us in Adlington Drive Northwich last week. They are a credit to your company. Polite, courteous very professional and friendly. Even when l was ill they were considerate regarding noise. They both cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me and my husband well informed as to which windows/doors were to be replaced.
