Extremely good company. Excellent choice of products. Just had a new composite front door & patio doors from them & last year a new garage window & a replacement glass unit for a bathroom window that had started to fail. Very helpful, reliable, tidy, nothing too much trouble for them. We have just had 6 new windows, including, 4 replacement sash windows, supplied and fitted from I.D. and we are delighted with them. The sashes are a great match for the original Victorian windows and look great. We are looking forward to a cosier Winter next year! We absolutely love our new sash windows. Dave and Nigel were just lovely and did a fantastic job! I sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable when I’m at home and there’s people working on the house, but they were so friendly and easygoing. Highly recommend!
