I was really impressed with this kitchen shop at the start — the sales process was smooth, the team was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill after installation. There were several small jobs left unfinished in the kitchen, and despite multiple calls and emails, no one ever came back to complete them.
