RecommendedI've only had good experiences here. I came last night to get a clear nose ring for a new job, and they found exactly what I was needing and put it in for me for free! The ring itself wasn't very expensive at all either, and everyone was so nice and made sure I was well taken care of. I've never had any ink done here but as far as piercings and jewelry go, I highly recommend this place. Thanks for the great service, I'll be back for any future piercings!
Kristina pierced my tongue, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! She was very personable and very relatable. She made me feel calm the entire time and answered any question I had!! I would very much recommend anyone going to this place for a tattoo and/or piercing! Such wonderful people!
We wanted to get the migrane piercing here this weekend but learned the piercer cannot even do it because she isn’t a licensed piercer and hasn’t learned how. Is that legal? Me and my friends are confused since we heard good things about Icon. I will not go here again.
What a great place! I was really nervous about getting a nose ring and asked a million questions. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable through the entire process even down to the ring selection. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!! Been waiting on them for 4 months to get back with me about a piercing. They called 3 days ago, told them I'd be out today to get it done. Then I drive 45 minutes, walk in and he looks at me smiles and says "sorry can't do it today" . Are you kidding me right now?! If you couldn't do it and knew I was coming today could you not shoot me a text or call? I even offered to set up an appointment earlier in the week!!!
Pat was super! So sweet with her seven-year-old and helped lead us through every step of what he was doing! He was wonderful coaching my daughter along with breathing and celebrated with us afterward with the offer of a high-five! When my daughter didn’t want the high-five and he gently said you got it and helped us move on to what to expect next! Love our experience ♥️

Had a great experience here! Pat did my septum piercing today and did a great job! I've had piercings in the past and still pat riot gave me great and new advice on cleaning and aftercare. Not to mention super friendly and made the fact another man was in my nose a fun experience! Definitely recommend this place!
got my ear pierced. Everyone is so nice and everything was sterilized. Prices were high but you get what you pay for.
