RecommendedWent to get my nose pierced this evening and the service was so great! Penny, the wonderful gal at the front, was so lovely and helpful. Aaron, the piercer, was fantastic! He made things super easy and quick while also keeping my friend and I laughing the whole time! This will have been my 2nd time going to Icon and I will for sure keep coming back. Thanks you guys!

I went in pretty late for a double nose piercing and Kristina explained to me that it would be best to schedule an appointment so she could take her time (I was there like 30 minutes before close) and instead I got one side done and some amazing jewelry with it. Even though it was a really late time I still feel like I was taken care of. I had such a great experience with my piercer, Kristina. The shop was super clean and inviting. She walked me through every step of the piercing process which eased my anxiety. She was super knowledgeable and very nice. I will be setting up another appointment soon to get another piercing project started!

I had my cartilage pierced years ago (yes, with a piercing gun), but it hurt like hell for months. I finally just gave up and took it out. I decided to give it another shot, and went to "insert name of chain store in the mall known for piercings". This is the best place to go! I have gotten my tongue done here and my nose and I love them! I will always recommend them to anyone who asks.
Highly recommend! Staff is very welcoming 👍🏽 Got my nose pierced with Kristina, she is so sweet and made me feel at ease. Two Days later and my nose is feeling great, not swollen at all, I feel like I've had it forever!
