Went into Icon Tattoo & Body piercing today to get a new nose ring. The staff was amazing and super sweet and helpful. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes getting my nose ring changed out and the artist did an amazing job!! Will definitely be coming back 😌
We we recommend to Icon for my septum piercing. Confirmed an appointment online over a week in advance. The shop text AND emailed us the day of my appointment to confirm. We then drove 53 minutes to the appointment only arrive and be told they did not have any equipment to do the piercing because they had used them all on walk ins that day. Not only that but the 2 woman working were incredibly rude, had ZERO customer service. No “I’m so sorry ma’am this was a mishandling on our part” NOTHING! Got tattooed by Aaron yesterday (8/15/20) and was very pleased with the results and his competent professional but easygoing attitude. Everyone in the shop was friendly and professional to me. I will definitely be going there again in the future.

Lynn Loheide did some ear piercings for me almost a month ago (conch and 2 cartilage.) She is amazing! She took time to talk with me about what I was looking for and explained the process, which was very fast and nearly painless. Honestly, no real discomfort after that day and they are healing beautifully. I had 13 existing ear piercings (done by others over the years) and I’ve never had such a great piercing experience.
