I had just brought a new bike, so I shot up the Icon Moto sports to have them look it over for me and bring it up to code, the service was phenomenal! One of the lead techs Allen really gave it a very thorough front to rear using a unique 12 point check system that proved to be worth the time and money, because not only did he take care of the things that I had noticed myself, but he also come across a couple of other things that I hadn't even noticed! Ordered a helmet from them and before helmet came in bike was stolen and totaled. Asked for refund was told yes come get it just bring receipt which I have and I get 5 minutes away on a 40 minute one way trip and I'm called and told they don't have the cash to refund a hundred dollar helmet. Not sure what type of business doesn't have that amount of money at lunch timen. Then I ask to speak to manager and I'm told he will get to me when he can. They don't care about customers if y they did the manager would have been the one... read more
