RecommendedDwayne shop has Great Customer service. They didn’t have the bike I wanted on the lot at the time but they went out and found exactly what I was looking for. Proud customer 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Never submitted the registration for the bike. Sent out fraudulent registration and plate that was not linked to anything. Sent out incorrect information on title to the loan company. Have filed with DMV fraud hotline as well as dealer board. Let law enforcement deal with them
Dwayne is a "customer satisfaction first" owner. He took it a step further and found the exact bike down to the color and detail that I was looking for. This is my 3rd bike and I'm beyond pleased with my purchase. He constantly kept me in the loop. The best part about this experience is that we talked about bikes life and more bikes. He made my wife and daughter feel welcomed. Dwayne had a really great set of guys on his team and I would recommend anybody to his Dealership.
Their inventory is small and not impressive. I went when I was shopping for my first bike, I could tell that they didn't take me seriously. They obviously do not need to sell bikes. A week later I bought a Harley in Bristol, TN. Im glad because I love my bike. It has everything I want and need.
try telling the truth for a change
I don't know what's going on between them or moto lease. But i bought my GSXR 750 a year-and-a-half ago, tried to refinance but bank wouldn't because they couldn't search the vin . When i finally found a bank that would they had title issues. Also according to the vin the odometer read wasn't matching up and i couldn't get new tag. Motolease sent some paper all the way from cali so could register the bike again �. Also found a second vin on the bike, don't really know what that was about. Thanks to everyone at Icon Powersports for a GREAT buying experience especially David Butler as he went above and beyond to ensure that I purchased the exact bike that I was looking for at the price that i wanted!! I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for a bike to come check these guys out!!!
Grand Opening Was Fun All Though I Didn’t Get Approved For A Bike But I Will Keep Trying
Overpriced bikes!! Wanna get screwed you’re at the right place!! If you are a new buyer you’ll soon regret buying here!! And stay away from Hyosung bikes they are Korean and pieces of junk...ask any owner of one that can’t sell them...
