So helpful and beautiful apartments!! I love the mountain views!
Great complex! The pool and bbq area is awesome. There is even a pet spa!!! This place feels like a resort. The application process was super easy and quick. Aubrey was very informative and provided excellent customer service.
The application process is super simple! Working with Aubrey has been awesome. EDIT: Be aware that the rating is extremely skewed. This place has so many five star reviews, and it's only because they offer to waive fees for you if you leave a five star review. See the place for yourself and decide if it's for you. My opinion is that it's overpriced- they seem to care far more about the bottom line rather than the human element.
Katie was very helpful and we loved the community and apartment.
Katie was awesome! She answered all of our questions and walked all over with us when we wanted to see the different floor plans. We're excited to move to ICO.
When we asked for a tour of the apartments we got one right away. They were very honest regarding pricing and have us a scenic tour of the complex and the units. Thank you.
I love the fact that they have not only a Dog Park, but a Pet Spa as well! So accommodating! Their Clubhouse is gorgeous and I'm so excited to potentially rent it out for something fun.
