Great Place to live, Very cozy and modern, and the people who work here go way beyond to make this place great!
Residences at the District management is the worst. We had to pay a $450 pet deposit along with a bunch of other ridiculous fees and they are still trying to make us pay an additional $200 over our deposit because our dog scratched some paint off the door. We left the place spotless and they charged us a $100 cleaning fee. DO NOT expect to get any of your deposit back. I had a good experience living there until new management took over.
