2.8.18 - After reaching out to my realtor, Chelsea from their management side contacted me and was able to follow through on my issues. She delivered such great customer service that I will update my review to 5 stars from the original 1 star. Terrible communication with leasing office. Will not recommend. This charming community has a location that cannot be beat! Fantastic shopping and dining is just minutes away. The best part is still the AMAZING staff!
ICO District is an awesome apartment community! Definitely a great place to call home, located in such a prime area near so many retail and food places making life that much easier! The office staff is always very nice and so great to work with, and the maintenance team is killer never have to worry if your work order will get done or not. If anyone asked me where they should live I would recommend them to ICO District!
Even just taking a tour and getting information we loved ICO. The layouts were definitely a deal breaker for us. The front desk that helped us was very informational and super kind and professional. Can't wait to move in!
So excited to move in! Staff is great, amazing amenities, reasonably priced.
