I recently moved out after 3 years with ICO District. I did not want to leave this great place. I will say I was happy with every aspect of living here. Mairon has been amazing all the way through move out. I was scared about move out charges, but it was completely fair and honest. I am completely heartbroken about moving out of my apartment. I felt safe and at home in my apartment. Thank you for taking such good care of my family.

If you Rent from ICO You will be required to pay the following fees every month above what your rent is. Common Area Electricity $9.80 Gas $5.84 Sewer $20.80 Trash $5.74 Valet Trash $19.00 Water $32.24 Service Fee $3.85 Parking/garage $29/$100 Internet, directv, smart home $160 Total $286-$357 The total does not include the $39 a month you have to pay if you have a pet The lease for ICO is 37 pages long. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
We moved in mid June and have been nothing but Happy! ICO District provides resort style living with Five Star Service. Every experience we’ve had with the staff in the office has been top notch. Everyone is very professional, positive and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend living at the ICO. Amenities include Valet Trash Pick Up, Fitness Gym, Pool, Hot Tub and dedicated pet areas. This complex is a great place to call home! Location is perfect and all the staff are amazing! If you have a problem they are right on it. Grounds are constantly kept clean and looking beautiful! This is my 5th year here and plan to stay:) Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a great community to belong too.
I have been EXTREMELY HAPPY with the management and maintenance / and grounds crew. This complex is run with amazing staff and it's a great place to live. CLEAN and beautiful. a nice breath of fresh air in the apartment living community. highly recommended!!!!!!! 😊😉
ICO District has made our transition from California to Utah very smooth. Myran, Brandee, Paola, and Jessica are always available and willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have. The genetlemen on the maintenance team, Izaiah and Carlos are both always more than willing to attend to any of our concerns and more importantly, efficiently and effectively. Thank you ICO District team for making us feel like family!
I moved here from Southern California without ever having been to Salt Lake City. I found ICO District online and called to get more information. Being out of state and not able to travel here ahead of time to see the apartment in person really made me nervous but Brandee in the leasing office was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of my questions!
