Cheap and cheerful. I love trying out different products, products you won't find in other supermarkets, especially for the children.
I been Iceland loads of times and I always ask for emergency loo as am disabled use crutches and they were happy but last week and yesterday I went with my daughter and ask for loo and told me no not allowed which I provide card for urgently loo. She refuse and call colleague and told me wait there for someone come for me as been waiting long time and then she told me sorry not allowed and force me walk out to costas !. Not happy and the staff is younger and very rudes.
Great offers and excellent customer service at the till, super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again
Ordered for items for delivery, half the items were not delivered and the delivery was late. To add to this I phoned Iceland only to have the phone picked up and instantly put down. Rude and incompetent!!!
