Very poor service, unhelpful staff bad at explaining things
Poor service, rude staff. One pregnant woman with glasses behind the telling station was actually fighting with another employee which I had to diffuse. Absolutely appalling behaviour and no help whatsoever. She in fact told me to “Go to China” to complete my query. Perhaps don’t bank with ICBC, there are other options. Thanks to the one employee (non-Chinese) who was polite the entire time and tried to be of help.
