Gross negligence across the board, Chita is absolutely rank when dealing with any form of mental health. Was told that ADHD/Neurodivergency is a made up internet affliction, Chita constantly booking vaginal exams for unknown reasons (current GP confirmed these were not required), when I called to complain about Chita the receptionist hung up on me and refused to answer further calls.
