If I could give zero stars I would. I called to cancel a viewing which was quite last minute and apologised for the short notice. I was called by Gregory Charteris who berated me for cancelling at short notice and tried to make me feel guilty that the vendor had gone to the trouble of cleaning his home. His behaviour was appalling and I don't think he would have spoken to me this way if I were a man. I have tried contacting Ibbett Mosely to raise my concerns about this unprofessional behaviour, but have had no response.
We had a wonderful viewing experience with LuLu. As far as agents go she was exceptional, she showed us around two homes in an informative and knowledgable way that did not feel salesy at all. She knew so much about each home and its respective area too, we haven’t made a decision but would feel very comfortable offering and proceeding with her, as she was such a dream to work with. People like LuLu are hard to find in the property industry, she is a real credit to this company.
A huge thank you to Lulu, Trudie, and Greg for their outstanding work on our home purchase! The team made the entire process stress-free by providing us with regular updates every week, so we always knew what was happening. We truly appreciated their transparency and dedication.
