I enjoyed working with Ian and would recommend him to my friends. I live on the West Coast, so selling this property was more challenging than if I still lived in Chicago. Ian went above and beyond, helping me arrange cleanings, working with my tenant on property showings, and even bringing in contractors to look at potential repairs prior to sale. Ian is a full service real estate broker, and I really appreciated his efforts from 2,000 miles away.
Ian and his team were fantastic! My college friend referred me to Ian after a not-so-great experience with another realtor. Immediately Ian's team began working for me at all hours. My first call with Ian was on a Friday night and he went right to work in order to arrange showings the following morning.
