Ian is by far the best real estate professional we've ever worked with, and we have lots of experience to draw from - eight properties purchased and six sold over the past 22 years. We were fortunate to have Ian help us with the last several. No one works harder or smarter, and his client communication is off-the-charts proactive and responsive. And very transparent: he won't tell you what you want to hear, instead always giving you his unvarnished opinion and unbiased advice. My advice: hire Ian. You'll be glad you did.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ian. He was incredibly responsive and gave good, honest advice. He genuinely was looking out for my best interests.
