Having dealt with many realtors in the past, Ian hands down stands out among the rest. Ian was always available 24/7 to answer any questions and give insight on properties that recently popped up in the market. Even when I was ready to accept the sellers last offer, Ian pressed on and was able to get our home for less than what we were ready to pay.

After renting for many years in many other cities, Ian helped my wife and I find an excellent place. Even though we were very deliberate throughout the whole process, Ian stayed positive and fun.
