We have used Ian on multiple transactions. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and in what will appeal to buyers / sellers (depending which side of the transaction you are on). His team is equally impressive and a delight to work with. What makes Ian especially lovely to work with is his ability to stay calm & maintain a sense of humor when things get tough or emotional as the buyer/seller.
