Excellent and prompt valuation
I was very disappointed with the service I received from Ian Macklin. I am a first time buyer and had my heart set on an apartment they had advertised. I called up to put my offer forward which was over the asking price to which they said was a "very strong offer". A few days later I called back for an update and said I would like to increase my offer to which they replied "I had a strong offer, and there was no need to increase it at this stage as it would be going to best and final". Really poor customer service. No idea why they gave me attitude on the phone when I questioned why they needed my friend's address to view a property for sale. Carol gave me attitude and a poor tone of voice, and Robert the manager kept interrupting me when I was talking! Shame, because I've viewed properties for myself and they seemed alright then, but they were so rude on the phone this time that I am utterly shocked and disappointed!
