From that point onwards, our experience has been completely different, Ian was honest from the outset regarding his pricing and the timescales, setting clear expectations. Brilliant service we received from Ian and Ryan when fitting our sun tunnels. There was a couple of wee issues but they boys came with solutions which I was really inpressed with. They went out there way to get extra suplies when I hadnt ordered enough and they also help repair part of my roof when the noticed some damp. Nothing was a hassle and it was great chatting and enjoying their banter, Ryan certainly needs to improve his. Overall, they Really exceeded my expectations and would happily recommend.
