Total rip off merchant. I've been a professional painter and Decorator for over 30 years. My sister hired this man last year for painting the outside of her house as she got fed up waiting on me to do it. He charged £100 @hour and missed rotten wood on the window sills. Also used cheap paint which is breaking down after 12 months. AVOID!
Quote for kids bedroom, strip wallpaper, new wallpaper (customer supplied), ceiling paint (matt white), skirting and door paint... nearly £2,000 (two thousand pounds) and a 4 week wait. Family and friends much amused by this, as were we.
Iain recently painted the exterior of our house and did a wonderful job . We will definitely use him again.

I have recently had Iain in to paint my parents home as they are getting ready to sell. Iain was professional, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Straight to the point from the beginning and very friendly to answer any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and we could not recommend Iain more!
