I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent and could benefit from being more empathetic and polite when interacting with customers. Given the premium prices for products that can be found elsewhere, I expected a more positive experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite dissatisfied and, as a result, I’m unlikely to return to this store.
