Was shown a virtual video walkthrough of some apartments not long ago despite the offices busy schedule for the day. Afterwards, Greg was able to help with a handful of questions after, seems like a great place!
Kristina Thomas at the front desk was very helpful. She is always polite and happy to help when needed.
Kristina is a great overnight concierge! Always taking care of the tenants and their concerns. Sometimes it seems like it a whole team but it’s just her pulling all the strings. Keeping things at bay as well as difficult situations, not easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a professional concierge without a doubt!
Walked in on a busy day not too long ago and despite the building having a packed schedule they still offered me a self guided tour option. After which Greg with the leasing team was able to tell me more about the application process and gave me a brochure. Definitely a top place I’m considering renting!
Recently have been on an apartment hunt and asking around everywhere. Called in here the other day and Greg was incredibly helpful with all of the questions I had, very much looking forward to potentially applying at i5!
As I’ve outlined before, the main reason I've decided to continue residing at i5 is because of the incredible staff— aside from the amazing location. I want to name a few of their names (I'm sure there's a couple of names missing), but here we go: - Yaya - Greg - Akeisha - Monchelle - Dominique - Jhensy - Scott - Kristina - Sylvana - John - Shania - William - Nicole Super social community, amenities are top notch (our gym rocks) and an easy commute for me to work and nightlife (14 Street and U Street are close by).
