I wanted to thank Beatty for taking the time to help me with my lease agreement and renewal process. I have to make additional arrangements so its helpful to know what my options are for the future.
This building has a lot to offer! The amenities are great and the location is unbeatable. Beatty is fantastic and helpful. I like the pool table area and it's good they offer parking but it is limited. Pet friendly building but I am not a fan of pets. There is a Trader Joe's next door, with Union Market, and the metro is so close!

Beatty is great! I called to get information about a studio for my son that will be going to Howard. She was able to guide me on the best options and discuss the process for applying for apartments in DC. The location is great and we are very interested in moving forward with the application process.

From Dominique’s curating the d resident events as the Resident Experience Manager, to Nicole, Jhensy, and Yaya and the rest of the concierge staff who go above and beyond to make sure I am always taken care of, and then don’t get me started on the leasing staff Dominque Beatty and Monchelle made sure I am always taken care of with my rental needs.
