Beatty is great! I called to get information about a studio for my daughter that will be going to Howard. She was able to guide me on the best options and discuss the process for applying for apartments in DC. The location is great and we are very interested in moving forward with the application process.

Lending a helping hand and giving out smiles. Stopped by the leasing office for a self-guided co-living tour, my boyfriend is coming from overseas and needs a room. Beatty is amazing and caring. Pricing is decent and the pool is nice. I don't like the heavy traffic out front, the construction can make the area seem a lot busier than what it is but it's a great location with a lot to offer.
