After a discussion with the MD, I got the impression they lack experience and distinct knowledge in any other areas except wills/probate. Found the discussion quite condescending and dictatororial.... will be going elsewhere

I am sharing my personal experience. Unfortunately, I found the fees extremely expensive for the level of service provided. After establishing a group holding company with two small subsidiary companies, I encountered serious issues that showed a lack of sufficient experience and technical knowledge in this area.
