I'm back to moving on the tennis court like I want to, and competing on the national and international level without worrying about how my knees might feel on any given day. Their approach is novel. The results are fantastic. If you have knee or any joint pain, I highly recommend you check them out.
A few months ago I hyperextended my knee pretty badly while sprinting and did some damage to my meniscus and hamstring. After a significant amount of time spent doing physical therapy exercises to strengthen my injured leg, I was able to get my leg stronger and almost all the way back to form. When I came to "I Hate Knee Pain," I saw Andrew Bloch. I had severe knee pain. I was on crutches with a knee brace (nothing seemed to relieve the pain and I was beginning to wonder whether I would always suffer with knee pain). The orthopedic surgeon said I needed surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Andrew said my pain would be relieved before I left him that day.
