Great Customer Service by Alvin & his team!
He gave information but could have had a better attitude. He did everything evidently the way he was “supposed” to do it but was hasty and condescending when I asked information about financing. I told him I had not worked through car guru before and did not know the protocol or how it worked. I asked if there was financing available or suggestions for financing and he said I was responsible for my own financing. The person I spoke to was very helpful. She even tried to help me finance the car.
My call was to get more specific information and they were very helpful. Their hours are M-F which means that I will need a day off to personally see the car in which I am interested.
Dealer was very professional and courteous.

I was contacting the number that's was sent to me for about a week no answer no call back, I even left a voicemail.... once I finally had a chance to go to the lot the car was being sold !
