We bought a 2013 Town and Country from the July 17. Our temporary plate expired Sun Aug 31st. We went to the BMV today to plate it and we were told that the dealership had not transferred the title into our name (we paid cash for it). My husband went to the dealership (35 mins away) and was told that there was a lien on the title. We were told when we bought it that it had a clean title and no wrecks reported. Purchased a truck here and the finance department(Stephanie) lied to me to sell me some 300 dollar insurance for lost or stolen key fobs. They told me that replacing mine would be 500 or 600 dollars. So I didn't really have time to research it so I bought it assuming they were being honest. Well turns out my key fob is 20 bucks to replace on Amazon. I had a great used car experience here yesterday! Thanks to Sam who helped with the purchase but everyone was friendly and helpful from the welcome to the finance guy.. We scheduled a time to test drive, Sam confirmed in advance that the car was on the lot and he had it cleaned and pulled around with a confirmation text 3 hours before our scheduled time. I drove it and bought it and was in and out in 2 hours flat. Great experience, thank you!!

Dealership just recommended $600 in repairs to my daughters car. Took it to our local mechanic in Carmel. Nothing on their list needed to be done. Dishonest 100%. Get a second opinion before you do any service recommendations from here.
