Ace the USED car manager was a total JERK who kept yelling F*** this F*** that, 5 or6 times.After I caught his financing was off by 1700 to my son and daughter in-law! Be very aware of this shop!!
Very rude and smart ass customer service. I would never buy a car from them even if they were the cheapest. And they have called me 3 times now harassing me and Brenda Justak called me from her cell phone 317-431-9911 and left a voicemail pretending to be someone from Butler Hyundai and laughing. Completely unprofessional place.
Just financed my first vehicle on my own. I loved the atmosphere of this place. Very friendly, easy going, easy to follow, and most of all they work with your satisfaction and make things work. 10/10 will go here again. Laura, Mark, and Connor thank you all for your help.
