Love my Veloster Turbo! Just had its first oil change, in and out!
Simon, Ace, and the others that I dealt with know why I am giving them 1 star. Long story short, they do not care about customers nor do they care about the vehicles. I had the worst experience of my life at Terry Lee. I would love to tell Mr. Lee all about the mess his employees made of my car buying night mare. Please do not step foot on the property. Took my car into dealership for recalls for my Hyundai Sonata. Well then I was told I needed $500 worth of work. After 4 hours waiting , my car was still not done and I would have to bring it back. Initially they tried to make it good, gave me a 10% discount offered a car detail with leather conditioning and a car loaner for my next appointment. I did receive the loaner and after them having my car for another day and a half the detail was still not done, just a vacuum and car wash. People are nice however service lacks! Typ... read more
Did not have a good experience yesterday at your dealership I expressed clearly that I did not want a hyundai azera nor a sonata was told "yes we can do the captiva,I left work early to go get the captiva and test drove it then the sales guy sneakingly goes and park the sonata next to captiva without any discussion with me and offered me that when he clearly knew he txt'd me "yes we can do the captiva" Well it did'nt happen, he ran all my info days before I got there and I left work early excited for this to happen not to me... read more
