We bought a 2016 Sonata ltd in early November. We were told that we would get another key fob sent to us as they only had one. We have yet to receive this! 2 months? I have a friend that had a similar situation at a different dealership and she got her fob in 2 weeks. I would like to believe they will fulfill their promise but not sure at this point.
Very disappointed. My daughter purchased her first car on her own, had done her research and paid cash. She asked a specific question about a part and was misinformed prior to her purchase. When brought to Terry Lee attention their only solution was to return the vehicle instead of make the repair. How is that even an option when she traded in her car? Loves the car, don't love how we were treated. Would not recommend, nor will we purchase from them in the future.
Yesterday I stopped in to the Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville because all four tires on my Santa Fe were low. Evan Waltz greeted me pleasantly and jumped right up to check and fill all my tires. He was even kind enough to safeguard my purse that I left there until I got back. I had known that my tires were low for a couple weeks, but just didn't take the time to mess with it. Evan certainly made my experience at Terry Lee enjoyable. Thank you Evan!
Amazing customer service! Paul, Adam and Mark treated me like a friend the entire time and continue to go above and beyond to ensure my first week of ownership is the best experience possible! I can't say enough about this dealership and will most certainly be a repeat customer!
The staff at Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville were all phenomenal. My husband and I had our hearts set on a different brand of automobile but after test driving four of them, we were very disappointed. We checked out other brands and then I called Terry Lee Hyundai. I bought a 2015 Accent this year. It was a new leftover. lol Got a good deal in my estimation. It's what I was looking for at the time. Gets great mileage and rides pretty good. Terry Lee was good to work with and not pushy. Wouldn't mind looking at an SUV next time.
