Salesman Matt Flohr was awesome, highly recommend him! Disappointed on the finance side, the lady didn’t check the rate for the 2 banks that I gave to Matt and thought I was getting the best rate until I asked what rate one of the banks came in with. Turns out that the bank I wanted checked was lower than what she was going with. Stay vigilant with the finance lady and ask questions! Even after that it still was a good experience.

I have never had any issues purchasing a car from a different state. The first thing the sales representative said to me when they found out that I was not in their state was that they could not sell to me. The next thing the rep said was let me talk to my manager and we'll see if we can make this happen! "It is the end of the month and we need to sell cars " The representative, "worked up some numbers." They tacked on extra fees of almost $900. for a clear coat protection. Sent info in to be preauthrized for a loan and once they got my info and I said the payment was way to high with it being double what it should have been they completely stopped talking to me.
