Not impressed. Just moved to Tucson and needed 2 tires replaced. It's been 2 hours and I am still waiting. From now on I will go back to my dealer in Phoenix. They would have had me out of here an hour and a half ago.
Have always taken my 07 Santa Fe to this dealership for all my service needs. Always have been satisfied with both excellent service & their prices overall. The dealer DOES make a difference.
My car is 4 years old. I bought it here two years ago. Every time I come in for a "maintenance for life" checkup it takes two hours longer for them to tend to it. And they never do the "free" car wash. Today I turned in my car at 8 a m. It is now after 4 p m and my car is still not ready. I wonder how much gas they used testing my air conditioner for 3 hours? I don't know how much I have "saved" by purchasing a contract. At least it has been increasingly annoying.
