My visit started slow, seemed like it took a long time for someone to come out to my car to check me in. Then my wait for the car to be done took the normal time to complete, within 45 minutes, so that was great. More highs than lows. So 4 stars not bad but not excellent. Had better experience in past visits.

Can't figure out why my vehicle came without a spare tire. Has the jack. No tire. Was then told by the dealer that the vehicle didn't come with one and they would not get one and I would have to buy one. Yet when i looked to see if it did come with one from the factory, it did. It's a safety feature. Isn't that required?
My friends and I just bought a 3.8 Ultimate Genesis Coupe from Jaime Griffith this past weekend and I have to say, it was the greatest purchasing experience of all time!
