Jim Click could quit ripping people off. $130/hour for laboris outrageous. They charge double on what you can pay Auto Zone for a battery. Exampole 189.99 vs. 369.19 and that was their discounted price to make me feel like they aere giving me a deal. I suppose all of their parts are priced accordingly. JIM CLICK IS A CROOK/

I want to personally thank the two Jim Click Service departments. They helped us identify a vehicle that struck my dad Tuesday March 27th at 5:30am. They have also responded promptly to my “be on the lookout” for the car involved. Forever grateful for the kind people working there. Please be on the lookout for a dark red/maroon Hyundai Elantra with damage to the front grill and headlights. It also has damage to the driver side hubcaps. The driver struck my dad and left the scene when he asked for her help.
I was told services were performed that wasn't. Service manager was supposed to get ahold of me to remedy the problem. 3 weeks later and still no response.
I can’t say enough about the guys there. They treat me like family. Joel Lewis is great. Couldn’t feel more comfortable. Then you have Luis, he’s not trying to sale you are car he’s trying to make a connection. He took the time and showed me all the apps and everything that had to do with the stereo and media stuff, he was awesome! I’ve bought my ford truck just a few years ago and nobody took that time to show me how to use sync. Bunch of great guys. Thank you
