Cannot recommend Debby enough. I had a fear of flying which stopped me from booking holidays with the family. After 6 sessions I felt a lot more neutral about it but still thought I’d feel nervous when on the plane. However I have never felt so relaxed flying. It has worked wonders seeing Debby and I’d recommend her over and over. Absolutely amazing.
