I visited Debby a 4 times after being recommended for my fear of flying. I have since flown twice and used the different techniques she teaches when needed and my anxiety was barely there. Cannot recommend enough!
I went to Debbie to seek advice+ help re a IBS health issue which I had suffered for 30+ years..Medication had been un- successful, making my anxiety with the situation very much worse. With her guidance over a number of visits ( she has the perfect voice to listen to) I finally could use what she taught me to alleviate my anxiety calming my brain to gut reaction this has continued to help me daily ever since. Cannot recommend Debby enough. I had a fear of flying which stopped me from booking holidays with the family. After 6 sessions I felt a lot more neutral about it but still thought I’d feel nervous when on the plane. However I have never felt so relaxed flying. It has worked wonders seeing Debby and I’d recommend her over and over. Absolutely amazing.
I went to see Debby for help with fear of flying. After four sessions I felt more confident about flying and took two subsequent flights with no problems. Debby was very helpful and reassuring.
